1. Information We Collect
When you apply for early access through our waitlist form, we collect your name, email address, trading experience level, markets of interest, the exchanges you use (optional), and your description of what you're looking for. When you submit the form, your IP address is also passed to our contact service, which uses it only to limit how many submissions can come from one address. This information helps us understand our users and prioritize early access invitations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to manage our waitlist, send you updates about Elliphy's launch, and improve our product based on user feedback. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Where Your Information Goes
This website does not save your submission. Our server forwards it to the Zaidom Solutions contact service, which sends it as an email to our team at contact@zaidom.com through ZeptoMail, an email delivery service run by Zoho. Your submission is kept in that mailbox. It is not added to a database. The contact service's logs record your name and email address when it handles your submission. Your submission is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections from your browser to our servers and on to our email provider. This website does not use cookies or analytics.
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@zaidom.com. To leave the waitlist, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete your submission.
